Our Pilates studio offers a range of Pilates props, including the Australian designed MAKARLU®, which may help to improve balance, proprioception, myofascial release and mobility.

In addition to the MAKARLU®, for our Pilates students, we also provide for purchase Pilates socks, spiky balls, resistance bands, Pilates rings and Pilates balls to support your home program.  Please call us if you would like help to create your own Pilates kit for your home exercise program.
