New Patients and Mandurah Health
At Mandurah Health, you will feel the difference with our personalised, friendly and welcoming clinic which ensures you receive the highest standard of Chiropractic Care. You can feel reassured that we treat many family members of all ages, from babies to grandparents. Many of our clients attend our clinic due to word of mouth referrals from current patients.
Your First Appointment
If you have X rays, relevant medical information and any medical referrals, please bring them along to your first appointment.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you have adequate time to fill out your New Client Form. Alternatively, when you book your appointment, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include the option to fill out your forms in advance and securely send them to our clinic.
We recommend that when making a follow up appointment, you book ahead to avoid disappointment. If you are unable to book your preferred time, then please ask our Chiropractic Assistant team at the front desk to place you on our waiting list. We can then call you if a space becomes available.
Running late or need to reschedule your appointment? We ask that you let us know by ringing our reception (08) 9535 2303.
