New Patients and Mandurah Health

At Mandurah Health, you will feel the difference with our personalised, friendly and welcoming clinic which ensures you receive the highest standard of Chiropractic Care. ​You can feel reassured that we treat many family members of all ages, from babies to grandparents. Many of our clients attend our clinic due to word of mouth referrals from current patients.

Your First Appointment

If you have X rays, relevant medical information and any medical referrals, please bring them along to your first appointment.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you have adequate time to fill out your New Client Form. Alternatively, when you book your appointment, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include the option to fill out your forms in advance and securely send them to our clinic.

We recommend that when making a follow up appointment, you book ahead to avoid disappointment. If you are unable to book your preferred time, then please ask our Chiropractic Assistant team at the front desk to place you on our waiting list. We can then call you if a space becomes available.

Information About Payment

We appreciate payment upon completion of each appointment and do not keep accounts. A schedule of our current fees is available upon request.

Our office offers HICAPS and Eftpos facilities. Please contact our office to discuss whether you may receive cover for your Chiropractic Treatments.

Have you suffered from a Motor Vehicle Accident and you were not at fault as the driver? Your treatment may be funded by The Insurance Commission of Western Australia or ICWA. Our clinic will require a Medical Authority form and a claim number to process your invoice which may then be paid by the ICWA.

Workers Compensation and Department of Veteran Affairs rebates: You will need a Medical Authority form to apply for Workers Compensation. Department of Veteran Affairs: You will need to provide a referral from your GP.

Medicare: If you are eligible for the EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) program, you may be entitled to up to 5 bulk-billed visits to the Chiropractic clinic. Please bring your Medicare card and relevant forms from your GP.
